Power of the God and The Faith of the People
People of
Kullu and Manali have so much faith in the gods that they follow their orders
even in today's modern era. The orders of the gods are passed on to the people
through their priests or gur (Oracles) which are valid to all without
objection. Similarly, a few days ago, on a serious issue, an event was organised
in Raghunath temple in Kullu calling 300 deities, which is called Jagati in the
local language. Through this, people were ordered to maintain the sanctity of
the gods and do not intermingle religion and politics. Along with this, the
administration was ordered to stop the illegal construction happening at
Dhalpur Maidan. Jagati is called once in many years when there is a possibility
of something untoward in the area. Maheshwar Singh, worshiped all the diets and
requested the dieters to pass their orders through their orders and principles.
Jagati was
organized a few years ago in which a decision was taken on the Himalayan ski
village project in the tourism sector. Citing the threat to the sanctity of the
sacred Himalayas in the Kullu Valley, the divine decision was against the
project after which most people started opposing the project and eventually it
was turned down. The people of Kullu have immense faith in the gods and follow
their advice and orders. Whenever an issue is important, especially when it is
legal, Jagati is organized to resolve it in the presence of all the gods.
देवताओं की शक्ति और लोगों की आस्था
कुल्लू और मनाली
के लोगों में देवताओं के प्रति इतनी आस्था है की वो आज के इस आधुनिक युग में भी
उन्हीं के आदेशों का पालन करते हैं। देवताओं के आदेश लोगों के पास उनके पुजारिओं
या गुरों के माध्यम से उनके पास पहुंचाए जाते हैं जो सभी को बिना किसी आपत्ति के
मान्य होते हैं। इसी प्रकार कुछ दिनों पहले किसी गंभीर मसले को लेकर कुल्लू स्थित
रघुनाथ मंदिर में 300 देवताओं को बुला
कर एक आयोजन किया गया जिसे स्थानीय भाषा में जगती कहते हैं। इस के माध्यम से लोगों
को आदेश दिए गए की देवताओं की पवित्रता को बनाये रखें तथा धर्म और राजनीति को आपस
में न जोड़ें। इसके साथ ही प्रशासन को ढालपुर मैदान में हो रहे अवैध निर्माण को
रुकवाने का आदेश दिया गया। जगती को कई वर्षों में एक बार तब बुलाया जाता है जब क्षेत्र में किसी अनहोनी का
अंदेशा हो। महेश्वर सिंह, ने सभी आहारों की
पूजा की और आहारियों से उनके आदेशों और सिद्धान्तों के माध्यम से उनके आदेश पारित
करने का अनुरोध किया।
कुछ वर्ष पहले भी
जगती का आयोजन किया गया था जिसमें पर्यटन क्षेत्र में हिमालयी स्की विलेज परियोजना
पर फैसला लिया गया था। कुल्लू घाटी में पवित्र हिमालय की पवित्रता के लिए खतरा
होने का हवाला देते हुए, दैवीय निर्णय
परियोजना के खिलाफ था जिसके बाद अधिकांश लोगों ने परियोजना का विरोध करना शुरू कर
दिया था और आखिरकार इसे ठुकरा दिया गया। कुल्लू के लोगों में देवताओं के प्रति
अत्यधिक विश्वास है और उनकी सलाह और आदेशों का पालन करते हैं। जब भी कोई मुद्दा
महत्वपूर्ण होता है, खासकर जब यह
कानूनी होता है, तो इसे सभी
देवताओं की उपस्थिति में हल करने के लिए जगती का आयोजन किया जाता है।
